Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0) Installtion on Windows

Oracle database (Oracle DB) is a relational database management system (RDBMS) from the Oracle Corporation. Originally developed in 1977 by Lawrence Ellison and other developers, Oracle DB is one of the most trusted and widely-used relational database engines.

Extract the file and copy the content of 2nd folder in the 1st Folder at

Database\win64_11gR2_database_1of2\database\stage\Components



Step 1  .Click on setup




Step 2: Uncheck the Check box and Press Next



Step:3 Click on Create and Configure a Database






Step 4: Select Desktop Class( As we are installing the database on our Laptop



 Step 5: Select the location and Admin User password



Step 6: It will check for Prerequisite



 Step 7 :Summary



 The installation will take 10-15 min to complete .
